Terms and Conditions
Last updated:
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of writeapply.com (“WriteApply”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
1. The service
WriteApply is a free online tool that uses artificial intelligence to draft application letters from the details you provide. You can edit the draft, copy it, print it, or download it as a PDF or Word file. No account is required.
2. Eligibility
You may use the website if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the website with the permission and guidance of a parent, guardian or teacher.
3. AI-generated drafts
- Drafts are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, omissions or wording that doesn’t suit your situation.
- You are responsible for reading, checking and correcting every application before you sign, send or submit it.
- Drafts are general writing help, not legal, financial, medical, immigration or other professional advice.
- We don’t guarantee that any application will be accepted, approved or produce any particular result.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the information you enter and to the applications you create. You give us permission to process your input only as needed to generate and edit your draft, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share any information you enter, including information about other people.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website to:
- create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- write content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful or that infringes anyone’s rights;

- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
6. Third-party services
Drafts are generated using OpenAI’s API, and the website may link to other sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
7. Our website and content
The website’s design, software, guides and sample letters belong to WriteApply. You may use the samples and guides to write your own applications, but you may not copy or republish the website or its content in bulk without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WriteApply is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, a generated draft. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
